With the Depth of Field project, we are learning how to manipulate camera settings in order to achieve a clear object with blurry background. In this case, the pine cones are the clear subject. Certain settings involving aperture, shutter speed, and ISO must be adjusted.
The illusion shows a bicycle and a human entering the ground at high velocity. The viewer obviously knows that this is entirely completely and irrationally impossible. So foolish would be the person that finds this to be pure truth of tongue. He is able to guide the critics eyes by using line and emphasis. It may have been put together by using a person and a bike and then asphalt. Rule of thirds is also used to guide the the eye to the feet bike and posts.
This picture encapsulates the very definition of a silhouette. Not only are the hills absolutely decreased of all light but the hills are alive with the sound of freedom as well as the contrast between the sky and the wondrous superfluous color magnification of tones purest form of nostalgic ludicrous speed. The trees that form the outer skirts of the perimeter of the contours aid in the development of the nostalgic texture that is what have have you and such. Therefore, the cars in the lower extremities of the image depict the lack of emphasis that is needed to achieve of proximity of the imagery.
The screaming tiger, or most commonly referred to as the yelling yelper. This photo was taken using various techniques such as rule of thirds, color, emphasis, and balance. The rule of thirds is used to emphasize the eyes and open mouth of this cooky creature. Warm color adds to the fur of the tiger which also adds texture. As explained by rule thirds, the eyes and mouth are emphasized and are focal points of the image. Balance is one of the key methods used in this image. It keeps the tiger as the main focus and allows great clarity of this wonderous feline.
The Running Man. How stupendous to see the man frolic, nay sprint, over the luscious terrain that is the ocean. The silhouette helps focus not only on the mans motion, but also on the expansive background. A story is also told from the man running. One can ell the devotion and love he has for running for it brings him peace and fosters his determination. The more he runs, the more he develops passion for where he runs. This image not only captures the motion of the dunker, but also keeps my encapsulated due to nostalgic renderings. The image is also able to depict the dunker at a run down court in south west somewhere. The lack of net and roof demonstrate outdoors and cool wind breezes fostering athleticism and passion. The silhouette doesn't reveal the character traits of the person, yet through the hard work it is seen how explosive and dynamic such a player can possess of speed bursting upwards.
Ansel Adams was able to successfully implement most of all the photographic elements. He used pattern by depicting the trees in a continuous line around the river. He used points with the treetops coming to a singular point. Line was used as he contours of the river, the horizon over the mountain, and the tree trunks. Organic shapes around the mountains and the river itself are presented. The sky represents the space, as does the opening in the trees to the river. Texture was utilized in the branches of the trees, as they appear very thick and full of life. Contrast was used while using black and white colors as the mountain, river, and trees contrast. 1-point perspective was used as the river vanishes to a singular point. Color wasn’t used for only black and white hues were demonstrate.
